Hapton sex attack: three youths charged
THREE teenagers have been charged in connection with a serious sex attack on a 14-year-old boy in Hapton.
The incident happened in Water Street at 5-50 p.m. on Wednesday.
The teenagers, a 13-year-old, 14-year-old and 15-year-old who are from Burnley, have been detained in custody.
