Road blocked after two-car collision

A busy Burnley road was blocked after a two-car collision today.

Police and ambulance crews were called to Briercliffe Road, at the junction of Queen Victoria Road, at 1-45pm.

A grey Audi A3 had been in collision with a blue Chevrolet Kalos causing the road to be blocked.

It is not believed anybody was seriously injured.
